How do I activate my membership?
Your membership is activated during your first visit by one of our team members. After that, simply check in by giving the phone number associated to your membership or presenting your membership QR code to our team members every time you visit.

Can I bring a friend with my membership?
Memberships are valid for the registered child only. Friends and siblings without a membership are always welcome and can purchase a regular admission ticket.

Yes. Each membership is linked to one child. If you have multiple children, each child will need their own membership.

How many accompanying adults are allowed?
Each visit includes up to 2 accompanying adults at no additional cost. Additional accompanying adults are welcome for $5 per adult, per visit.

No! There are no blackout dates. Simply visit your eligible location(s) whenever your membership allows.

Yes. You can cancel your Membership anytime after your initial commitment period. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
